Located amidst its own hop garden on top of Red Hill, Red Hill Brewery was born in 2005, out of passion for amazing full flavoured brews enjoyed overseas by our good friends, Karen & Dave Golding. The first Micro Brewery in Mornington Peninsula launched its first Beer in August 2005, made of rainwater and Hops that is grown on their Cherry Rd property in small batches.

Their philosophy is to brew beers that are sessionable and a pleasure to drink, even our most challenging beers which appeal to the true craft beer lover always feature balance and drinkability.

Karen and David Golding established the brewery in 2005, it was born out of a passion for amazing full flavoured brews enjoyed overseas, a love all things foodie and the lifestyle that the wonderful Mornington Peninsula offers.

Red Hill Brewery produce 6 beers that are available all year round and also renowned for their seasonal beers, featuring local produce such as truffles, cherries, honey in mead and braggots and apples for cider, all get a brew during the year.

Their collab beers with local producers never seem to surprise and delight us. We are especially excited about their latest release of their devilish Barrel Aged Beer with Bass & Flinders Gin, aged in oak barrels from Foxeys Hangout Chardonnay.

If a beer weekend is what you fancy, you can stay at the Brewer’s cottage for a beer lover experience.
