World class horse training facility turned brewery – a recipe for pristine craft beer. Andrew and co-owner Michael Freedman, who had been a part owner of the original property, saw on opportunity that was too good to miss. In 2017, Michael and Andrew’s team grew, with Tommy Berry, David Warner, Michael Wallace, Jack Dahan, and Duncan Andrews jumping on board to create a truly unique brewery. With the infrastructure in place, the grounds perfect for apples and hops, and a story unlike any other to tell, Andrew and a passionate team of investors set about tuning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.

The brewery’s stable doors opened to the public in 2017, and the beers have not stopped pouring since.
