‘We just wanted Australian garlic and Australian made Black Garlic, but it was difficult to find, so we started to grow Garlic and Produce Black Garlic ourselves. We found some space in the Mornington Peninsula area and started planting. We have an incredible passion for Garlic and all the wonderful products we can create with it.’
